You probably know about it, but that doesn’t mean that you are doing it!
No matter what Niche you are in, there are always blogs on that topic. The great thing about blogs is that search engines love them, and they often have high PR (Google Pagerank).
All you have to do is find these blogs (do a simple search on google for : Your Niche, blog), read them, and post quality comments. Usually there is a place to leave your site URL when you leave a comment, and this gives you a LIVE link on that person’s blog.
Next time the search engines spider that blog, they will find your link there.

Yeah, I suppose that DOES make sense - but aren’t there usually tags on blog backlinks? For example, I have a website about conversational hypnosis - the link is http://www.conversationalhypnosis.net - if I used a backlink on a blog with that hypnosis web site on it you’re telling me the search engines would put relevant weight on that subject? Interesting blog post, btw!

Yes, I vote to that building good quality backlinks for free is posting a quality comments on a blog or participating in forums with your signature. BTW great Post I like it
